Return, Refund And Cancellation Policy

1.Order Cancellation :Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Exchange Policy :As each NIRE product is handcrafted using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, fragrance, texture, and appearance are normal and is/are not a defect. As our products are handmade personal care products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

A. The product received is damaged during transit.

B. An incorrect product has been delivered.

C. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

D. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Proof Required :To process a return request, customers are requested to share clear photographs and, if possible, an unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect product.

4. RefundsOnce the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

6. Return Shipping :If our pickup service is unavailable at your location, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our address.

Return shipping charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Non-Returnable Items :

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

A. Used or opened products

B. Customized or personalized products

C. Products returned after the applicable return period
